Phil is the Director of Safety for Power & Construction Group, Inc. and has overseen Utility Construction and Maintenance Safety Operations at the Contractor level for most of his 20+ years in the utility and construction sectors. With roots at the field level, Phil takes a “people approach” to how he leads the safety management system within P&CG, focusing on behaviors and interactions at work locations with all levels of company personnel. Phil attended his first conference in 2019 and has been a committee member for the past 2 years.
